Custom Made Order Shipping Mechanism

• Local Orders : 2-3 weeks (preparation & stitching time as per your specification)

• International Orders: 2-3 weeks (preparation & stitching time as per your specification )

• Dispatch and Delivery (Local): 3 – 4 business days for delivery after preparation of the order (2-3 weeks + 3 days)

• Dispatch and Delivery (International): 2 weeks for international delivery after preparation time of the order (total 4-5 weeks)

• Bulk / Wholesale Orders: Depending upon quantity, but normally delivered within one month (up to 20 orders)

Shipment Charges

• All international orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or surcharges depending on country, product value, and customs policies.

• These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid for the package to clear customs.

• Vintage cannot control or predict these costs and will not be liable for chargebacks, disputes, or refunds due to non-payment of duties/taxes.

Note

• We prepare all orders according to custom specifications, so the normal delivery time is 2-3 weeks.

• We believe in quality and custom fitting rather than loose-size clothing, which does not carry well with your personality.

All orders are fulfilled by our team in a made-to-order manner. The deadlines mentioned above cannot be expedited, so please plan your shopping accordingly to avoid any hassle.

Order Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase.

• There will be no deduction if you cancel the order within 48 hours of your purchase.

• After 48 hours, cancellations of orders are strictly non-refundable.
